Fluorogenic peptide substrates for use in research, in-process and quality control.
The fluorogenic group is AMC, 7-Amino-4-methylcoumarin. The optical characteristics of AMC are:

• Absorption maximum wavelength of approx. 342 nm
• Emission maximum wavelength of approx. 440 nm
