Lysis
Clot lysisis initiated by the fibrinolytic system. It is a mandatory process during restoration of hemostasis. During this process, tissue plasminogen activator tPA, Factor XIa and Factor XIIa induce plasminogen activation. Plasmin leads to solubilization of the clots after bleeding has stopped.
