An engaged workforce is essential for Pentapharm. The Employee Engagement Survey, runs annually since 2007 and helps us understand how employees feel at work and where we need to improve. The goal is to ensure that people are proud to work at Pentapharm and that they can excel. The survey measures four attributes: commitment, pride, advocacy and satisfaction.
